      Extend fresh time:   By using vacuum pumping principle,more air is extracted from seal box efficiently to let seal box remain in vacuum state.Air existence is related with microorganism activity and vitamin preservation;vacuum pumping can reduce air in box,keep box in state of air depletion,not only facilitating lactate fermentation and perverting putrescence,but also helping vitamin maintenance and extending food fresh time.       Storage Method:   1.Put items in bowl. 2.Buckle the side clamp of lid and the vacuum valve. 3.Push tile middle of the cover for two to three times until the vacuum indicator become. Sunken and it's in vacuum state. (See Fig. 1) 4.Rotate the date dial to the proper date which is useful to make down the storage time.   Uncover     To release vacuum seal,please pull up the vacuum valve on lid; when the bowl whistles,the air enters the bowl.
